This privacy policy explains how Plat4tent processes the personal data of visitors to this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We only collect the data you choose to provide through our early-access form:

• Your email address (required)
• Your first name and last name (optional)
• Your phone number (optional)

When you visit the site, our hosting provider may also process technical connection data such as your IP address and server logs. We do not knowingly collect any special categories of data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data from the early-access form to keep you informed about the launch of Plat4tent, to send you your early-access offer, and to follow up if you take part in our short survey or book a call. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).

4. Service providers and data sharing

We do not sell your data. To run this website and our early-access list, your data may be processed by the following providers acting on our behalf:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which manages our early-access contact list and any messages we send you.
• Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA), which hosts the website and processes your form submission so it reaches our list.
• Google Fonts (Google), which serves the fonts used on the site and may receive your IP address when a page loads.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with the GDPR.

We keep the data from the early-access list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the early-access programme ends, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
