Plat4tent lifts a standard pop-up tent off the ground onto your car. It gives you a flat, sturdy bed up high, then folds down to the size of a suitcase and slides into your trunk.
Traditional rooftop tents are bulky and awkward to remove, so many people end up leaving them on the car all year round, adding weight, burning more fuel, and making parking a hassle. Plat4tent changes that. It mounts on standard roof bars in minutes, carries a standard pop-up tent, and comes off whenever you want your everyday car back.

A flat, stable bed up high, away from damp, insects and uneven terrain, with the best view in the campsite. All the comfort of a standard rooftop tent, on a platform rated for two adults (200 kg).
Closed, it's just 110 × 60 × 15 cm and 28 kg with the ladder. It stows in its carry bag under a bed, in the garage, or in the boot, with no permanent roof box swallowing your fuel and your parking height.
You lift it onto the cross-bars, slide the beams home, and engage the quick-lock system: no tools, under five minutes. Mount it for the weekend, take it off for the week.
Set up your tent on the roof or on the ground. Leave it at camp for the day, take the car out, and come back to a comfortable bed ready for the night.

Your tent. Plat4tent is compatible with most two-person pop-up tents. We'll run a free compatibility check before you commit.
Your car. It works with any vehicle fitted with standard roof bars that meet these conditions: dynamic load rating ≥ 200 kg, bar spacing between 1 m and 1.4 m, fixing points at least 75 cm apart, and at least 7.5 cm of clearance between the roof and the bars.
